Usually 1-5 minutes depending on how many products and sales you have. You'll see data appear on your dashboard once syncing completes.
You can filter your dashboard by 30 days, 90 days, or 365 days (Professional plan). Date ranges are based on UTC time.
The forecast uses a linear regression model based on your recent sales data. It's most accurate when you have consistent sales patterns. Use it as a directional indicator, not an exact prediction.
Yes! Professional plan users can export sales data as CSV from the Analytics page.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate your billing.
Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you can still view your data but won't receive syncs or email reports.
We collect your email for authentication and your sales data from connected platforms. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, including connected stores and sales history.
No. We only request read-only access to transactions, listings, and products. We cannot modify anything in your store.
